This blog is the dissemination body of the working group on social history of the Indian world. It was created in July 2015 at the Instituto de Investigaciones Históricas of the UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México). Our purpose is to have a meeting and communication point for those who are involved in this area and period, to coordinate initiatives that are spread out, to share ideas and products, and to organize possible activities and joint publications. Likewise, we are interested in publishing essays, bibliographies, interesting sources and research progress among the concerned public. We are also involved in organizing a workshop for discussion of proposals and research progress.

The general coordinators of this project are Felipe Castro Gutiérrez and Isabel Povea
