Arte de la lengua quichua
El arte de la lengua quichua of Diego de Torres Rubio, jesuit expert in Aymara and Quechua, was published in Lima in 1619 by Francisco Lasso, as manager or successor of Francisco del Canto’s workshop. This volume is the result of the learning process carried out by the Jesuit in the study of Aymara and Quechua. His first work, printed in Rome and known only from bibliographic references, served as the basis for the elaboration of this detailed manual.
