The Biblioteca Digital Dioscorides (Dioscórides Digital Library) offers an important collection of manuscripts and printings (also incunabula) on various topics that go from alchemy, through travel books, philosophy and poetry to theology.

The Library of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid has created the Biblioteca Digital Dioscórides  whose main objective is to offer to the  public access to a historical bibliographical fund of great value for the history of science and the humanities. It includes almost 3,000 full-text digitized books of our ancient fund, of priceless value, to free accessible. It also incorporates more than 47,000 engravings and illustrations.
