De rebus Vaccae Castri (Praise of Vaca de Castro) is a Latin epic poem of the late sixteenth century, preserved as a manuscript, and, preliminary version of the poem Vaccaeis by the same author, the renowned humanist Juan Cristóbal Calvete de Estrella who was the Latin teacher of Felipe II and author of the chronicle De rebus Indicis.
